fits  9mm Wera VDE interchangeable shafts

817 VDE insulated shaft handle. Allows working with live wiring up to 1000V, individually tested as per IEC 60900. 125 mm long handle with mechanical turbo function for screwing 4 times faster. Handle is suitable for all 9mm VDE interchangeable shafts.
