Allows you to install large diameter 13″ brake rotors for superior brake performance. Compatible with OEM brake calipers. Precision machined from billet aluminum with a black Cerakote® thin film ceramic finish as used in a wide range of tough environments as aerospace industry, gun coatings etc. Note: Perimeter mounted FLHR rotors is MCS ‘open center mount style C’
