Blue, for 16-14 gauge (1.0 to 2.5mm² or 1.02mm to 1.63mm diameter) wiring. Used to connect an additional, parallel placed, wire to an already existing wire. Simply add the new wire to power-tap, or similar, without cutting the existing one.
