99-17 Twin Cam with 4-1/8″ bore cylinders (with S&S bolt pattern)
Kit includes cylinder head gaskets, cylinder base base & exhaust gaskets. Used on S&S 124″ engines and other custom 1-1/4″ engines with the S&S bolt pattern. Note: Rocker cover gaskets are not included.
