Low H-D Medallion style sissy bar upright, with or without welded center piece. Will not fit sissy bars / uprights of Touring and 18-23 Softail models

Black. Smooth. Will fit all H-D and aftermarket sissy bars/uprights with or without a welded insert plate. Comes with a carpeted back. Approx. dimensions: 9″ (22.9cm) high x 7.5″ (19cm) wide. Note: These 9″ high pads have a threaded center hole for blind mounting, plus the optional top bracket. Note: Not recommended for H-D low and Mini sissy bars/uprights.
