fits  98-13 FLHT, 06-13 FLHX and Trikes with spotlight lamps (NU)

Enables spotlamps to remain lit with high beam. Spotlights are no longer automatically turned off when the headlamp is switched from low to high beam, enabling the passing lamps to remain on which greatly improves lighting.
