fits  99-17 (NU) Twin Cam; 17-22 M8

Blue anodized. Holds cylinders down when heads are removed, so crankshaft can be rotated for tuning or other service. Dual threaded on both ends to fit cylinder studs of both Twin Cam and M8 engines. Laser etched for application.
