fits  36-99 Big Twin (Excl. Twin Cam) (NU)

Used to repair the (often damaged by OEM plastic breather valves) breather hole. No need to disassemble the cases. This tool will ream the hole to +.030″ so a replacement steel +.030″ JIMS or S&S breather can be installed. Note: After the reaming process all aluminum reaming chips must be removed. Also, when working on early 36-69 cases, before reaming check if wall thickness in the breather hole is thick enough so the reamer will not break through. Note: See 978429 for replacement reamer only.
