fits  49-84 FL, FX, FXWG; 84-86 Softail (NU); Custom H-D frames with neck cups

Used to remove stubborn neck bearing frame cups from the frame neck with controlled force. Fits all external 48311-60 style neck cups on 49-87 models with a 1″ fork stem (where I.D. of neck cup is approx. 1.050″ / 26.67mm). Note: Tool 998351 requires 998377 driver handle with magnetic wedge spacer. USA made.
