Black. A special low amperage model that offers reduced charging voltage. Designed to be used for models with in-tank (horse shoe) batteries. Hot batteries have an increased chemical reaction and therefore draw a higher amperage which, in extreme situations can cause overcharging and a boiling battery. A Low Amperage model will help prevent this. Low Amp version of the stock 74516-86 regulator/rectifier.
