fits  73-23 most H-D (excl. FLT/Touring). With 1″ diameter bars with offset clamp bolts

Black powder coated finish. Fits OEM style straight and pullback risers as used on various 73-up Big Twin, Sportster (excl. FLT/Touring models) with a riser clamp area diameter of 1″/25.4mm., 3-1/2″ distance between riser mount bolts and offset top clamp bolts. Includes 4 Allen head screw covers for the finishing touch. Without skirt.
