Black parkerized finish. Extra large repair oversize 1/2-13 to 3/8-24 threaded for cases that were stripped, again. (For your reference: Standard oversize is 7/16-14 to 3/8-24 threaded / MCS 989718 and stock is 3/8-16 to 3/8-24 threaded / MCS 989715). Used in transmission cases with stripped threads where regular oversize is to small. Used to mount the transmission housing to the transmission mount plate. OEM replacement reference 34723-47.
