Black anodized finish. Used on M8 models equipped with the OEM / Screamin’ Eagle oval ‘Ventilator’ backing plate only. This Stage 2 performance air cleaner kit adds it all, performance & styling. does not reduce leg room since the filter height was increased, not the width. The filter cover, spacers & clamps are all CNC machined from billet aluminum and anodized for long lasting beauty. Comes with a high-flow filter with black pre-oiled cotton media, that offers over 50% more filtering area than stock paper air filters and a substantially higher flow rate. Dyno testing showed up to 3HP increase on stock M8, up to 5HP with 124″ big bore M8 and more can be expected on bigger engines. Note: Requires oval OEM H-D / Screamin’ Eagle Ventilator backing plate, which is not included. Note: See 708632 for the optional available pre-filter / rain sock for riding in adverse weather conditions.
