Black powder coated finish. 1/2-20 threaded which makes it compatible with virtually all H-D models (excl. OEM Springer forks) with 1″ handlebars. Compatible with most aftermarket Springers with 1/2-20 threads. Depending on which way the handlebar riser clamps are positioned, you can achieve an approximate 2″ further forward or backward position of the handlebar for the best riding position.
