3.350″ bore. 1.2mm (.045″) steel based blue PTFE coated fiber reinforced paper. This gasket is made of MotorGasket M0115, a material developed and produced by Athena. MotorGasket M0115 consists of a central layer of steel, with asbestos-free material composed of a high percentage of aramid fibers, inorganic inserts, and NBR rubber as a binder on the sides. M0115 has good resistance to mechanical and thermal stresses and adheres well to surfaces. It is resistant to oils, fuels, water-glycol mixtures, and corrosion. It is suitable for cylinder head gaskets in internal combustion engines, intake and exhaust manifolds, and other applications subjected to high mechanical and thermal stress. No oil seals included. 3.350″ bore. With 1.2mm (.045″) Blue PTFE coated paper cylinder head gaskets and 0.5mm (.020″) fiber reinforced paper base gaskets. Includes primary gasket 0.75mm (.030″) thick fiber reinforced paper. Otherwise complete with all gaskets, O-rings and primary gaskets required for a complete engine overhaul. Complete as shown. OEM replacement reference 17026-86A (but with 16665-86 head gaskets for XL1100 only).

With 3.50″ bore MLS (Multi-Layer-Steel) .040″ thick head gaskets. The SLS (Single-Layer-Steel) cylinder base gaskets and SLS rocker cover gaskets used in these sets are .020″ thick and have .001″ of high temperature viton rubber coating on both sides. Kit comes with all gaskets, seals and o-ring for a complete top end rebuild.
