Used to convert the handlebar clamp area of a 1-1/4″ (32mm) riser to 1-1/8″ (28mm) so the smaller 1-1/8″ diameter handlebar can be installed. Perfect for use with HeinzBikes Clubstyle risers. 4-piece kit. Made in the EU.
