fits  09-13 H-D FLT/Touring models with CB transmitters (NU)

Mounts antenna low and points it in an angle backwards, so it will clear a Tour Pak. Mounts to rear fender support brackets. Fits models with OEM saddlebag fillers. Kit includes hardware and a polished stainless bracket.
