fits  93-08 FLHR, FLHRC, FLHTCU; 98-03 FLTR models (NU)

These support brackets are installed and connected to support the lower saddlebag supports when the stock rear saddlebag guards / crashbars are removed for the clean and custom look as stock on FLHX and FLTR models.
