fits  H-D models with 49mm fork tubes (excl. upside down forks)

Blue anodized aluminum. Used to install 49mm fork seal squarely into the lower fork leg without seal damage. Also installs dust cover. Will not fit models with upside down forks. Easy to use 2-piece design.
