fits  99-17 Twin Cam (NU) crankcases with bored out cylinder spigots

Used with 961572 tool. Used with OEM crankcases with big bore cylinders. The threads of the center right crankcase bolt becomes compromised from the larger cylinder spigot bore diameter.
