fits  36-84 4-speed Big Twin (NU)

Used to ream upper (33291-36) and lower (33290-38) bushings of the clutch finger shaft (37074-38A), as used in the kickstart cover (transmission end cover) of 4-speed Big Twins, to factory specs.
