fits  99-17 (NU) Twin Cam; 86-22 XL Sportster; 08-12 (NU) XR1200

For engines with 12mm threaded spark plug hole. Used in spark plug holes to place the piston exactly at TDC Top Dead Center) for ignition tuning etc.
