.032″ thick AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). OEM replacement reference 25700370. AFM gaskets are made with an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistance of over 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing, gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required.
